Rivers School & New Yorkers

Susanna, Max, Nick, Jaquelyn, Amanda, Kate & Abby

Week of December 19-22nd

Rivers School from Massachusetts brought a lot of students down to help out New Orleans! They came just in time to learn how to lay flooring. On Wednesday we were joined by three girls who go to college in New York, but are from Ethiopia and.... oh, gosh, I forget. Writing blogs 2 weeks late is not the way to do it!

I'll write more soon, but I was really hoping to get Miss Yolanda's house completed by Christmas. Sometimes things just don't happen like you hope, and we'll continue to try and complete the house as quickly as possible while still holding the same quality standards. She'll be in soon, and Miss Yolanda is more than happy to just move into the house, whenever it's good and ready. She's such a wonderful homeowner to be working for.

I was excited and blessed to have been able to go home for Christmas~ Hugs awaited, cookies were on the table, and the tree was on it's stand. I"m so proud of my family and all that they do while at home. If you're interested, check out www.soergels.com and if you're ever in the Pittsburgh area, you had better look them up!

More to post soon - <3 Leisl
